Returns and Refunds

All items are final sale and we do not offer returns or refunds. However, if your items arrive damaged or you are dissatisfied with your item(s) please send photographs with a detailed description so we can understand how best to resolve your issues. 

Damaged Items 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@goodmerchonly.com. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Shipping 

Customers outside of the US may be charged customs fees or import duties on international mail, depending on the country’s rules; these fees will be the customer’s responsibility. Once a package arrives in the destination country, it is no longer handled by USPS. Therefore all questions regarding the package would need to be directed to the local postal service. We, unfortunately, cannot be responsible for uninsured international items which are lost in the mail.
