Processing Your Order

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur, and we appreciate your patience during these times.

Pre-Order Items

If your order contains a pre-order item, please note that the shipping timeline is subject to the production timelines of the pre-order item. This could potentially delay the shipment of your order. We strive to provide accurate estimates for pre-order items and will keep you updated on any changes in the production schedule.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct for the date of shipment, any changes to the address must be made before your order ships. Once the order has been fulfilled, you must contact the carrier to arrange a change of address, which may incur a fee which will be payable by the recipient.

If your package is returned to sender and must be re-shipped due to an incorrect address, you will be required to pay additional shipping fees. Alternatively, at this time a refund may be issued (minus the cost of shipping) if you do not wish to incur the additional shipping costs.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Good Merch Only is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Good Merch Only is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Please note that shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

Shipment Delayed in Transit

If a shipment is delayed in transit, we encourage you to reach out to the carrier of your package to inquire about your shipment. Most carriers have a chat support program available on their website for immediate assistance.

If International (not in the US), please contact your local post to see if there are any duties or customs that need to be paid before you receive your order.
